Fort Worth Police Cruiser Struck By Train, No One Hurt

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - A south patrol unit in Fort Worth was struck by a train on W. Bolt near Hemphill behind the Fiesta grocery store on Monday, June 7.

It happened around 5:25 p.m.

No officers were hurt.

An officer was involved in a foot pursuit at the time.

No other explanation has been given yet for how this happened.

The railroad crossing where the cruiser was struck, was about a quarter mile away from where it ended up.
