FW Police Arrest Man Suspected Of Kidnapping College Station Clerk

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (CBSDFW.COM/AP) - Fort Worth Police have arrested a man accused of kidnapping and assaulting a gas station clerk from College Station and forcing him to drive off with his personal truck.

Police arrested Nathanial Tillery at 14200 Tijuana Trail around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon. The victim, identified as 55-year-old Kevin Garcia, was taken to a local hospital for his injuries.  His condition is unknown.

Around 9:30 Tuesday morning, College Station police put out an alert to look for Garcia's vehicle, a 1999 dark gray extended cab Ford Ranger pickup truck, with Texas license plate: CWC-0189.

College Station police were dispatched to Drew's Exxon after a customer found the place empty. Lt. Chuck Fleeger didn't immediately provide information on what led police to believe Garcia was abducted.
