Fort Worth Man Robbed In Home At Knifepoint
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Fort Worth are searching for the person who broke into a home around midnight and robbed an elderly man at knifepoint. The crime happened in the 1300 block of Peach Street, near Hampton Street, just north of downtown Fort Worth.
According to police officers, the male suspect entered the home and put a knife to the elderly victim's throat. The suspect demanded money and then fled from the location. Authorities are still searching for that suspect. A more detailed description of the man has not been released.
An ambulance was sent to the scene, but the victim was not injured and did not require hospitalization.
