FedEx Planning To Hire 2,000 Workers During Holiday Season

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) — The holidays are the busiest time of year for FedEx. As online shopping and e-commerce continues to grow, so does the number of packages moving through the global network.
Work hours for some existing employees will increase, but seasonal positions are also needed to maintain service during the peak holiday season.
FedEx expects to hire approximately 2,000 team members here in Dallas.
Some of these seasonal workers may have the opportunity to continue working with FedEx after the holidays.
