EPA Chief Promises Action After Residents In Texas Blame Cancer Deaths On Toxic Rail Yard

HOUSTON (CBSNEWS.COM) - The Department of Health confirms cases of childhood leukemia in one residential area in Texas are five times higher than the state average, now officials with the EPA say there is "a sense of urgency in cleaning up this mess."
