COLLIN COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) - A Collin County grand jury indicted Margarito Quintero Thursday for the deadly crash that killed Nevada volunteer fire Captain Peter Hacking and two of his children on March 31.

Authorities say Quintero, charged with three counts of manslaughter, is a deportee who illegally reentered the U.S.

Quintero faces two to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine for each count.

The head-on crash happened just south of Lavon near Rettop Street at State Highways 205 and 78.

A van driven by Quintero swerved into the northbound lane striking a gray sedan with Hacking and his children inside.
