DPS Investigating Wrong-Way Accident On Dallas North Tollway

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating an accident where investigators say a vehicle was traveling on the wrong side of the Dallas North Tollway early Saturday morning.
According to DPS, preliminary investigation revealed that a Ford pickup truck entered the Dallas North Tollway at Wolf Street and traveled north in the southbound lanes of DNT.
DPS said the Ford truck struck a Dodge Charger that was traveling south in the center lane near Maple.
The single occupant of the Ford truck and both occupants of the Dodge Charger were transported to Parkland Hospital with serious injuries.
DPS said the investigation is still ongoing.
