DPD Searching For Suspect In Deadly Shooting
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas police are looking for the suspect in the shooting death of a 44-year-old man during an armed robbery Saturday night.
According to police, two men were sitting in a pickup in the parking lot of the Lexington Apartments, in the 3200 block of Community Drive.
The men were talking when an unknown male walked up to the truck, aimed a gun, and demanded their money.
The first man handed over everything and wasn't harmed. The second man, Jose Guadalupe Hernandez, did not give the gunman what he wanted and the suspect shot him.
Hernandez died at the scene.
The suspect ran from the scene and remains at large.
