DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - An off-duty Dallas police officer in his personal car was passed early Wednesday morning by a suspicious vehicle flashing red and blue lights.
It happened around 4:05 a.m. on eastbound at I-30 E. R. L. Thornton Freeway near Dolphin Road. The officer felt suspicious about the vehicle, he pulled over to the shoulder of the road, and called 9-1-1.
