"No Matter What Dirk Does Do, He Do It Better Than Me And You"
LOS ANGELES (CBSDFW.COM) - The Dallas Mavericks have a new theme song, and you can probably guess who the main character is.
German DJ/producer/singer/writer Flula Borg has put together this video in which he sings the big man's praises. Literally. Take a look (safe for work and hilarious):
Borg posted the video on May 6, only two games into the Mavericks-Lakers playoff series. That's confidence. And he sang it in English, which is clearly not his first language. He gets points for that, too.
Of course, the Mavs would go on to sweep the two-time defending champions, so Borg was right on target.
The Mavericks haven't actually adopted the song as their official theme, at least as far as we know. But maybe Dirk should.
