Dhawan Family Attorney Convinced The Frisco Couple Is Dead
FRISCO, Texas (1080 KRLD) - The bodies found in a Frisco home yesterday are most likely Sumeet and Pallavi Dhawan, said the attorney who has been representing the family in a murder investigation.
The bodies were found in the same house where the body of their son, Arnev, 10, was found January 29.
"Pallavi's mother called me from India." said attorney David Finn. "Sumeet's family has reached out to me and they're trying to use me to make arrangements for their bodies to be sent back to India so they can be cremated in India. I don't know anything officially. My strong strong sense is that it's Pallavi and Sumeet."

The Collin County Medical Examiner's Office is not releasing the identities and a spokeswoman says no information will be given out until tomorrow.
Finn has been in a bare-knuckle fight with the Frisco Police Department over an ongoing murder investigation into Arnev's death that has continued for more than seven months. The child's body was found in a bathtub. Police arrested Pallavi murder, claiming she had admitted she killed the child. Finn has claimed police misunderstood a gesture from Pallavi when they talked to her. The family has claimed the child died from a medical condition that was known to doctors. Finn has been trying to get the Frisco Police Department to turn the case over to a grand jury for an inquiry.
But as late as yesterday, that had not happened. Sources tell KRLD News the grand jury heard from Sumeet and two others, but that the Frisco Police Department has not handed its case over to prosecutors. A judge has ruled there is enough evidence to let Frisco Police continue their investigation.
Finn says he's distraught. "I'm getting calls from Australia, New Zeland, Canada, India and I'm trying to assist the family going forward." he said.
