DFW Airport To Build New, Bigger Parking Garage
DFW AIRPORT (CBSDFW.COM) - DFW Airport is about to start building a new parking garage at Terminal A.
The airport announced the project today. It will replace the three existing garage structures at the terminal.
The new garage will be the airport's biggest, with more than 7,700 parking spaces spread out across five levels.
Airport officials say it will be better lit than the current garages. It will also have higher clearances to make room for tall vehicles for disabled people.
The garage will also have a system that will help people find an open parking place.
Terminal A's new garage should open in late 2014.
