Dez Keeps Offseason Focus On Football
IRVING (AP) - Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant is keeping the focus on football this offseason.
Bryant is spending more time looking at the playbook, watching more film and concentrating on his conditioning.
The best part for Bryant is being able to take advantage of a structured offseason to apply what he's learned playing two seasons in the NFL.
Last summer, when Bryant was coming off a rookie season shorted by a broken leg, there were no organized team workouts because of the NFL lockout. Then he had a thigh bruise that forced him to miss the second game of last season, when he admittedly never felt as good as he wanted.
Bryant says he's already feeling much different this offseason with the Cowboys, who wrap up four weeks of organized offseason workouts Thursday.
