@Iowa St +21.5 Baylor. Baylor is the better team, no doubt, but weird things happen in Ames, Iowa at night. Weird things. Just ask Oklahoma St
TX A&M -9 vs Arkansas (Neutral Site)- Aggies are by far the better team, not even close, and to only be swallowing 9 points is too good to pass up, even if they are missing some guys.
Tennessee +17 @UGA- Rivalry game, and a massive game for both teams. This was an OT contest last year, and Tennessee is better, while UGA is minus Aaron Murray this year, so probably a little worse. Gurley is a monster, and UGA wins by 10. But take the points
