Deadly Carrollton Fire Arson
It appears that deadly early morning blaze in Carrollton, near Hebron and Josey that took the life of a two year old, was intentional.
Police think Toni Barnett, the homeowner's girlfriend, set Christian Small's matress on fire while he was in bed. Lt. Matthew Kosic says Smalls got out, climbed up on the roof, got in through a second story window and rescued four of his five sons, ages 2, 4, 7, 12, and 13, but couldn't get to little Braylen Smalls. Kosic says police talked to both adults and looked closely at the bedroom, and believe there's probable cause to charge Barnett with Capital murder
