Dallas Store Owner Injured In Shooting
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The owner of a Dallas convenience store was severely injured late Thursday night after being shot while closing up his shop. The incident happened at about 10:30 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove neighborhood.
Police and paramedics were called to the small store, located near the intersection of Highway 175 and Elam Road. They found the man shot and transported him to a nearby hospital. He is expected to survive.
Law enforcement officials searched the area just after the shooting, looking for a possible suspect, but there has been no word about any suspects or arrests in the case.
