The video shows the suspect and two other passengers of a silver Chevrolet Blazer park at the business, get out of the car and fight each other. After the fight was over, the suspect returned to his car and ran over the victim, who was not involved in the fight.

According to the police report, James told officers that while urinating on the side of the building, he noticed two men arguing. James and a friend then went into the 7-Eleven to buy cigarettes. When they walked back by the arguing men, the suspect commented "What?" towards James.

James recalls hearing the vehicles engine before being knocked to the pavement by the vehicle. A witness called police and James was transported to Methodist Central Hospital.

The suspected driver is described as a 20-year-old Latino male standing 5-foot-5 and weighing 250 pounds. He was wearing a black shirt.

Anyone with information about this offense, the suspect or the other occupants of the vehicle is asked to contact Detective Valdez at 214-671-3623.
