Dallas Police Investigating After Body Found At Lake Cliff Park
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Police are investigating after a body was found in the water at Lake Cliff Park in the 300 block of East Colorado Boulevard, near Methodist Dallas Medical Center.
When officers arrived they saw a body floating in the water. Late Sunday night more than half a dozen Dallas police officers were at the scene -- south of Interstate-30 and west of Interstate-35E.
Police say the body was recovered from the water and the incident is "classified as an unexplained death."
So far investigators have not released any information about the identity of the victim, what caused their death or any discoveries made at the park.
