Dallas Mavericks Forward Reaching Career Milestone

DALLAS (CBS 11 SPORTS) - Charlie Villanueva has spent a decade playing in the NBA, but this weekend the Mavericks forward will reach a career milestone. Villanueva will be part of the NBA Playoffs for the first time.
Villanueva joined the Mavericks prior to this season. From 2005 to 2014, the power forward played for Toronto, Milwaukee and Detroit, but failed to advance to the postseason. That all changes this year, and Villanueva can't wait.
"You've got to believe in yourself, Villanueva told CBS 11's Guy Rawlings. "You've got to believe in something."
Looking ahead Villanueva thinks the future is pretty bright. "I believe in myself. I believe in Dallas and I think we are going to do some big things in the playoffs."
