Dallas Man's Death Under Investigation

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Authorities in Dallas are trying to determine how a man died at a home in Pleasant Grove on Sunday night. It happened in the 900 block of Pleasant Drive, near Eden Valley Lane, and was first reported to police at about 8:45 p.m. as a shooting.
The victim has been identified as 48-year-old Javier Chacon.
Chacon's family members called 911 after they arrived at his home and found their loved one dead. However, it is now unclear if the man was shot or killed in another manner.
Police are calling this a homicide investigation, but there has been no word about any possible suspects.
