Dallas ISD Teacher Arrested For Inappropriate Relationship With A Student

DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A Dallas ISD teacher has been arrested for having an affair with a student.
According to police, 38-year old Troy French allegedly had several sexual encounters with an 18-year-old female student at Sunset High School in Oak Cliff.
Craig Miller with Dallas ISD says French is the girl's wrestling coach and social studies teacher at school.
"During the course of the investigation we received clues from outside the school district that this had taken place and we acted on that information" said Miller.
French has been charge with inappropriate relationship with a student.
His bond has been set at $25,000.
