Cowboys Open 2012 Regular Season Against NY Giants
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The National Football League announced on Tuesday that the Dallas Cowboys will open the 2012 regular season at MetLife Stadium against the New York Giants.
The first regular season game for the two rivals will be Wednesday night September 5th.
The rare Wednesday night game was moved up because of President Obama's scheduled speech during the Democratic National Convention.
