Carjacking Suspect Arrested In Ft. Worth

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - A carjacking suspect led police on chase across the Metroplex Saturday evening.
The pursuit by Arlington police officers ended in Fort Worth near International Plaza and Arborlawn Drive when the stolen car spun out.
An officer deployed a Taser on the suspect when he refused to get out of the vehicle.
Investigators say the suspect committed a carjacking in Dallas near Westmoreland and Camp Wisdom Road.
At one point during the pursuit, the suspect sideswiped a vehicle near the TCU campus just as fans were leaving the TCU football game at Amon Carter Stadium.
No one was injured in what amounted to a more than an hour long pursuit.
