SMU Student Claims Cab Driver Sexually Assaulted Her
UNIVERSITY PARK (CBSDFW.COM) - A student at Southern Methodist University told police she was sexually assaulted by her taxi cab driver Friday morning.
The student hailed the cab at the Uptown area of McKinney Avenue for a ride to her apartment in University Park.
Police said the suspect works for Eagle Cab Company. The victim described him as having a Middle Eastern accent, approximately 30-35 years of age, with dark hair and dark features.
University Park Police and the SMU Police Department are investigating the incident.
