Bush Twins To Speak At Dallas Fundraising Event

DALLAS (AP) - Barbara Pierce Bush and Jenna Bush Hager are set to speak at a fundraising luncheon for a Dallas substance abuse treatment center.

The twin daughters of former President George W. Bush and former first lady Laura Bush will speak Thursday at the luncheon benefiting the Nexus Recovery Center, a not-for-profit treatment center for women and adolescent girls.

Candice Crawford, a former local sports reporter who is engaged to Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, will moderate a question-and-answer session with the twins.

Barbara Bush is chief executive officer and co-founder of Global Health Corps. Hager is a contributing correspondent to NBC's "Today."

More than 500 people are expected to attend the luncheon.

George and Laura Bush moved to Dallas after he left office in 2009.
