Burleson Police Search For Hit and Run Driver
Burleson police are searching for the person who struck an 11 year old boy before driving off . Police say it happened Friday night in the WalMart parking lot on SW Wilshire Blvd. Police say the boy had been riding his bike with a friend when he struck the side of a truck. The boy fell, and police say the driver of the pickup circled the parking lot before driving off. The boy was taken to the hospital, but is OK. Police say there were two men in the maroon, older model extended cab Ford.
