Braddock: Perry Talks Immigration

In a brief interview today, Governor Perry told Mitch Carr and me on KRLD that what he wants is something between "sanctuary cities" and what Arizona is trying to do, which is force officers to ask about immigration status.

I also asked him about his refusal to meet with President Obama in El Paso and Mr. Obama's refusal to meet the governor in Austin.

We also talked about school funding, President Obama's visit to Texas, and the wildfires that have ravaged West Texas.  Listen:
