Birdville Parents Sue, Allege Kids Saw Porn On Bus

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM/AP) — Allegations of pornography on a school charter bus has a North Texas company facing a lawsuit.

Parents in the Birdville school district are suing the company, alleging their children saw pornographic images on television monitors while they boarded a bus earlier this year.

The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports the parents allege their children were emotionally harmed after they saw images from a pornographic movie that was playing on bus monitors as they boarded for a trip to a nearby ranch in April.

Officials with the bus company, Executive Coach Inc., could not immediately be reached for comment.

Birdville school district officials said the children were immediately removed from the bus. The school district is located northeast of Fort Worth.

The parents are asking for damages of more than $200,000 but not to exceed $51 million.
