Big Rig Hits Bridge On I-30 In Fort Worth
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - An 18-wheeler hit a bridge on I-30 eastbound at Cherry Lane in Fort Worth Thursday afternoon.
Northbound and southbound Cherry Lane were closed along with eastbound I-30 for cleanup and bridge inspection by TxDOT.
The big rig has been removed.
As of 8:10 p.m. TxDOT said lanes would reopen sometime Thursday night, but one would stay closed near the bridge as crews monitor the bridge's safety.
