Best Upcoming Pet Adoption Events In DFW
By Shawn S. Lealos
While many people look for dogs and cats at local pet stores, it is preferred by many in the animal community to seek out shelters and pet adoption events first. The reason for this is that reports indicate that shelters euthanize 2.7 million dogs and cats because few people consider seeking out shelters for adoption purposes when it comes time to find a new pet. In the DFW area, there are events all year long that promote pet adoption and bring some of the most loveable dogs and cats out with the intent purpose of finding them a home. Here is a look at some of the best upcoming pet adoption events in the DFW area heading into Christmas 2017.
