Gardens galore fill the boundaries of the Dallas Arboretum. For years, the numerous galleries of natural color, like the DeGolyer Gardens, Paseo de Flores and A Woman's Garden, have enchanted visitors. Now the Dallas Arboretum is bringing in visitors by the swarm to see the Rory Meyers Children's Adventure Garden. Geared towards children and families, the Children's Adventure Garden is laid out over eight acres and features 150 exhibits that focus on science, nature and fun. From canopies to trails to science labs, this new attraction is well worth a visit.

The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, being the site of such tragedy, turns history into a platform for open discussion on many levels.
