Lemongrass is located in the Deep Ellum section of Dallas and provides a very posh and relaxing environment for diners. But for those that cannot stay and enjoy the surroundings, it does make the entire menu available for takeout. The Hot and Sour Soup is very flavorful and unique with a very light broth base. For an entrée, the Lemongrass Shrimp Vermicelli is exquisite with large pieces of shrimp tossed lightly in a bed of pasta with a dash of minced peanuts to add a little crunch. Portions are rather large, so order a few to share and get a taste of multiple dishes.
