Let's face it, there is always a worthy reason to visit Klyde Warren Park amidst the chaos and fast-paced daily craze of Dallas. So, let me add one more valid reason for your patronage to the mix. Throughout the year, on Saturday mornings, from 8 to 10 a.m., the park transforms into a sanctuary of mindfulness. Called Heartfulness Meditation, there are two chapters to each session. The sessions begin with a half hour of active meditation, followed by discussion. The second hour is spent learning how to achieve peace and strategies for practice. Even in the lap of the big city, there are hubs for calm repose right here in Klyde Warren Park. Meditation in Klyde Warren Park is always free of charge, making participating guilt-free as well.
