Also offered is a vegetarian option with sautéed mushrooms, chayote squash, potatoes, green bell peppers, carrots and fresh tomato slices. These unique veggie fajitas are some of the most flavorful in town and the textures of each ingredient combine perfectly for fun in every bite.

Located near the Bishop Arts District in Oak Cliff, this little gem offers chicken and beef fajitas are so perfectly seasoned and cooked that some diners make it a point to indulge their cravings at least once a week. What makes these fajitas so fresh is the adequate amount of cilantro and salsa verde that top all ingredients. This pair excites tastes not usually experienced in fajitas. They are delicious. And don't look for some large fancy restaurant upon arrival, because Taqueria El Si Hay is a little, tiny place where orders are placed at the window. This is a fun stop for scooter or motorcycle crowds that are out enjoying the day and want to grab a quick, delectable bite.

A word to the wise: El Asadero steers away from Tex-Mex fajitas, offering more traditional Mexican cuisine. Its salsa has an enthusiastic kick with the inclusion of Serrano peppers, and the pico includes both jalapeños and their seeds. For entrees, a delectable treat will be the steak and shrimp fajitas which are both lavishly rubbed with spices and then grilled. The portions are more than filling and the sides are ample with guacamole and pico. All fajitas include flame-broiled meat and if dining with friends, go with the fajita plate that feeds up to three. It is a great deal.

A piping hot plate with three cheese and onion enchiladas comes topped by Ranchero sauce and a choice of tender steak or chicken fajitas meat. Looking for something with a little more crunch? Go with the caesar fajita tacos, which include chicken or steak fajitas meat and caesar greens, roasted corn and parmesan cheese. Both menu options are served with rice and pico to complete each meal.
