The coffee is what the owners of Ascension call "farmer-focused coffee" and the wine often comes from boutique wineries. It isn't just drinks though. There is food to satisfy you whether you go for a light breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or dessert. Ascension's policies for the food are equally as strict, serving eggs from only "pasture-raised, organically fed hens." It is located in the Design District near downtown Dallas.

Buzzbrews is named for the feeling you get after sipping a cup of this coffee. Don't let the appearance fool you. It looks like a diner with a coffeehouse menu, but the food is like that of a higher-end cafe. Don't forget the beer, wine and mimosas too. Brunch is a favorite time to visit the restaurant as are late nights after the bars close, since it's open 24 hours.
