Mimosa
orange juice
champagne
½ ounce Cointreau
Mimosas are the quintessential brunch drink. They are simple to make and tasty to drink. The orange juice makes them appropriate for mornings. Landry recommends using fresh-squeezed orange juice for optimal flavor, and adding ½ ounce of Cointreau, an orange liqueur for something a tad more special.
Kir Royale
1 part Crème de Cassis
1 part St. Germain
4 parts champagne
lemon twist
sliced strawberry garnish
A Kir Royale is traditionally made with champagne and Crème de Cassis, a dark liqueur from black currents. Landry adds a modern twist to his though. He also adds St. Germain, a liqueur made with elderflowers. Then, he tops it off with a lemon twist and a sliced strawberry garnish, making this champagne cocktail as pretty to the eyes as to the tongue.
French 75
1 ½ ounces London Dry Gin
¾ ounces lemon juice
2 cubes of sugar
champagne
lemon twist
Landry recommends using fresh lemon juice for the best results. If you don't have sugar cubes, one ounce of simple syrup can be substituted. He says it can be served in a champagne glass or high-ball, but recommends the latter on the rocks and then garnishes with a lemon twist. The first ingredient may be gin, but this drink adds flavor, sugar and bubbles to create an unexpected result.

Kiss and Tell Fizz
2 parts X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
1 part Disaronno Amaretto
splash of cranberry juice
3 parts champagne
cherry garnish
The Kiss and Tell Fizz is one of the most popular drinks at Dish. It is made of vodka flavored with blood orange, mango and passion fruit. Amaretto is an almond-flavored, typically Italian, liqueur. Landry recommends using Disaronno, probably the most well-known amaretto for a reason. With a splash of cranberry, champagne, and a cherry garnish, you have a complete Kiss and Tell Fizz for sweet sipping.
Rattle and Hum
1 ¼ fresh strawberry juice
1 ½ ounces hum
dropper of Yellow Chartreuse
champagne
spritz of Pernod
sliced strawberry garnish
Landry's latest champagne cocktail is the Rattle and Hum. To make it, juice two strawberries with a hand juicer. Add hum, an herbal liqueur infused with hibiscus, ginger, cardamom and kaffir lime. Then add a dropper of Yellow Chartreuse, a liqueur flavored with honey and saffron. After stirring over ice, strain, and pour into a champagne flute. Fill with champagne and spritz with Pernod from an aerosol. Pernod is a less potent cousin of Absinthe.
