Now it its 19th year, the longest running American musical in history on Broadway is touring. The show is in Ft. Worth for only two days, with three performances. Set in the roaring '20s during the rage of jazz, "CHICAGO" tells the story of two rival vaudevillian murderesses locked up in Cook County Jail. Enlisting the help of the prison matron and slick lawyer, Velma's incarceration is turned into a murder-of-the-week media frenzy as she prepares for a showbiz comeback. Velma's rival Roxie has some tricks up her sleeve. The songs and the dancing are incredible. It is recommended for mature audiences because of the adult themes of adultery, murder and violence.
