Bee Keeper Sent To Hospital

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - A bee keeper was sent to the hospital after trying to rid a foreclosed house of bees.

The bees were reportedly swarming all over the front yard of the house on Ems Road.

Emergency responders told CBS 11 News that the bank wanted the bees to be removed from the property.

People living nearby say they saw the victim running up the street, trying to get the bees out of his protective suit.

One neighbor said she could tell the bees were becoming dangerous for people in the area.

"We knew that they were really bad because the guy that moved out of the house got stung because he wanted to get something out of his garage and he got stung pretty bad," Maria Pastore said.

After the victim was taken to the hospital another bee keeper attempted to rid the house of bees.

The victim's condition has not been released at this time.
