Bears 27 - Cowboys 20
It might be time to panic. The Cowboys are now in the 0-2 hole after losing to the Bears 27-20.
On a day when mistakes were numerous, the most glaring might have been the missed David Buehler field goal that would have tied the game in the middle of the fourth. He missed from 44 yards and it would have tied the game at 20.
Instead, the Bears got great field position and when Devin Hester broke a Terrence Newman tackle in the flat and took it to the 3 yard line, the Bears scored easily over Michael Hamlin on a corner fade to Hester. We [pullquote quote="We haven't shown up these last couple of weeks" credit="Keith Brooking"]
Cowboys were in a ten point hole, and then moved the ball well and into Bears territory when disaster struck again. Roy Williams coughs the ball up after being roughed up by three Bears and that pretty much took away most hope. David Buehler added a field goal with 1:17 left from 45 yards. But the onside kick attempt failed and the many Bears fans here at Cowboys Stadium today went away happy.

Dez Bryant provided the frst electricity of the afternoon with his 62 yard punt return in the first quarter. But otherwise, the offense is still in struggle mode. Romo was on target most of the day, and under duress, but he missed a couple of throws that ended up costly.
