WACO (AP) — Baylor University's main alumni organization is demanding the school publicly release its full investigation into how the school handled sexual assault complaints against football players.
The Baylor Line Foundation's executive committee issued a lengthy statement Thursday that the "Baylor Family" deserves an "unvarnished" and "complete" report. The group criticized last week's release of a 13-page investigation summary as incomplete.
Baylor regents have said they'll protect victims' privacy.
The investigation has caused upheaval at the nation's largest Baptist university, toppling school president Ken Starr and leading to his resignation, as well as the firing of football coach Art Briles and resignation of Athletic Director Ian McCaw.
The report found that school administrators discouraged students from reporting sexual assault allegations and fostered a culture that the football program was above the rules.
