Police Investigate Barricaded Man Inside Plano Home
PLANO, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - Police officers in Plano were on the scene of a barricaded person at a home in the 1500 block of Janwood Drive north of Plano Parkway between Alma and Custer.
A team from Collin County Constable Sammy Knapp's office was trying to serve a warrant and the suspect refused to come out.
Streets in the area were blocked off.
