Attack Mode Cowboys Is What I Want To See

ARLINGTON (105.3 THE FAN) -- I know. I know. No moral victories.

That interception should not have been thrown.

The Cowboys let us down again after raising our hopes.

But let's look at the big picture. This may have been the first time this season the Cowboys, namely Tony Romo, were healthy enough to play at the up-speed tempo they played at.

Maybe Jason Garrett and Bill Callahan just decided the only way to keep up with the Broncos was to play the Broncos game.

Well, I want to see that more.

It was exciting.

It was high scoring -- something this team hasn't done well.

And most of all, the team looked confident as we've ever seen them. Romo was pulling back and firing at will and receivers were running full speed to be where they are supposed to be.

The Cowboys need to walk out on the field and make their opponents stop them instead of going out and playing what appears to be a "let's not lose this thing," type game.

I understand we all lost on Sunday, but I take away something I really hope to see more often for the remainder of the season.
