Another Twitter Threat Suspect Arrested; This One In Cedar Hill

CEDAR HILL (CBSDFW.COM) -  Someone posted a threat to Cedar Hill High School via Twitter Tuesday.

Cedar Hill Police say the threat indicated a gun would be involved. Police went to work with Cedar Hill ISD to determine the legitimacy of the threat and the person(s) responsible.

Police ultimately identified a 15-year-old boy from Arlington as the suspect.

The Arlington Police Department identified a juvenile from Cedar Hill as the suspect in one of their offenses.

The investigation revealed that this was a joint effort between both students who are related, to prevent going to school.

The 15-year-old in Cedar Hill was taken into custody Wednesday and brought to the Dallas County Juvenile Detention Center on a 3rd degree Felony offense of Terroristic Threats. Detectives were also able to recover the phone that was used to send the alleged tweet.
