Allen Family Members Killed In Arizona Crash
ALLEN (CBSDFW.COM) - Three members of an Allen family were killed on Tuesday after their car was struck in a head-on collision along a remote Arizona highway. The Arizona Department of Public Safety confirmed the deaths.
The incident happend at 2:11 p.m. along Highway 89, near the Vermilion Cliffs National Monument in the northern part of the state.
The victims have been identified as 56-year-old James Stryker, 60-year-old Rebecca Stryker and 16-year-old Travis Stryker.
The teenager's twin brother, Austin Stryker, survived the crash, but his current condition is not known. Both of the Stryker boys played on the Dallas Penguins junior hockey team. The president of the association, Bryan Ford, said that the group is devastated by the loss of a young player.
The Stryker family was on their way to a youth ice hockey tournament in Las Vegas.
