AA Flight Evacuates On Runway Due To Odor On Board
DFW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (CBSDFW.COM) - An American Airlines flight from San Diego made a memorable landing for the 140 passengers on board Thursday afternoon.
According to American Airlines, the MD 80 was on approach to DFW International Airport when the crew noticed an odor in the cabin.
The crew decided to land AA flight 1116 at 1:22 as planned, but unloaded the passengers on the west runway as a precaution, rather than taxi to the terminal.
