DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – He's a masseuse, hair stylist and according to police – a serial rapist.

Richard Perez, 31, from Peru, is on the run after he was accused of two sexual assaults in the Hyde Park apartments off Preston Oaks.

One of his alleged victims spoke exclusively to CBS 11 News. The 29-year-old victim didn't want her identity revealed, nor would she show her face. She did, however, share her story of how Perez brutally raped her. She wants to warn other women about the man she said forced his way into her apartment on July 3, 2015.

"I suffered two black eyes and a broken nose," said the alleged victim, who was able to stop the attack by receiving a phone call.

"My phone rang and I said my friend is coming over you need to leave he left so fast he left his jacket and his lighter," she said tearfully.

When Perez moved in he immediately began passing out business cards to young women, according to the alleged victim, offering in home massages and hair styling.

"He was nice very nice… had the language barrier pretty much said he was from Peru," she said.

But the women Perez approached said they were suspicious after his increasingly persistent behavior.

"I just don't understand why he's not in jail," said the alleged victim, who still has bruises from the attack.
