DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Anyone lacing up for a run in Dallas needs to be on alert Wednesday after three joggers were targeted in armed robberies over the past 10 days.

The most recent case happened Monday night along Clearbrook Lane, near Lochwood Park. Police said that two men in a dark-colored four-door car pulled a gun on a jogger who was with his 1-year-old child.

The suspects in Monday night's robbery have both been arrested.

This comes after two other cases that took place last Monday in the nearby Lake Highlands area. A man running before sunrise said that an armed robber demanded his iPhone. This happened close to the intersection of Ferndale Road and Chesterson Road. Then, around 30 minutes later and just a few blocks away -- near the intersection of Shoreview Road and Lanshire Drive -- a woman was robbed as well.

Authorities said that these first two cases are being investigated in connection to one another, but it is not yet known if the third robbery is also related. Either way, this is disturbing news for anyone who runs or bikes in Dallas.
