14-Year-Old Laredo Girl Goes Missing In Grand Prairie

GRAND PRAIRIE (CBSDFW.COM) – Police are asking for the public's help in finding a 14-year-old girl who disappeared Friday from a home in the 900 block of Tamara Lane.

Detective John Brimmer said Angelina Guerrero and her daughter, Samantha Guerrero, arrived in Grand Prairie from Laredo at 8 p.m. to visit family friends.

Brimmer said the girl was last seen at 10 p.m. in front of the residence in the 900 block of Tamara Lane. After being unable to locate her daughter, Angelina Guerrero called the girl's cell phone and got no answer, Brimmer said.

She then called police.

Samantha was last seen wearing a lime green shirt, a blue jean skirt and glasses. She has a small scar on the front of her throat, stands five-feet-four-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. Brimmer says she has long, black curly hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who can help find Samantha is asked to call the Grand Prairie Police Department at 972.237.8877.
