$100M Renovation On Tap For Shops At Willow Bend

PLANO (CBSDFW.COM) – The owners of The Shops at Willow Bend are planning a $100 million redevelopment.
They will add an entertainment district, hotel and office tower.
Construction starts early in 2016 after Saks Fifth Avenue is torn down. Where Saks once stood is where the new entrance will allow entry into the revamped mall.
The project will take three years to complete.
