1 Dead In Crash Involving UPS Truck And Motorcycle In Waxahachie

UPDATE: The victim has been identified as Steve Rodriguez, 47, of Waxahachie.
WAXAHACHIE (CBSDFW.COM) - One person on a motorcycle died in a crash Thursday afternoon involving the motorcycle and a UPS truck on Hwy 813 near Windham Road in Waxahachie.
It happened just before 3:00 p.m.
According to DPS, the preliminary investigation reveals the UPS truck was traveling west on FM 813 and a motorcycle was traveling east on FM 813, when UPS truck turned left and the motorcycle struck the truck.
The roadway remains closed and the investigation is ongoing.
